who is fighting with you

Who would you choose to be on your side to help you win a battle? Would you choose …

“If we win another battle like this we may lose the war” Pyrrhus or “That which does not kill us makes us stronger” Nietzsche?

I am thinking I need to choose my soldiers depending on the battle I am preparing to fight after I decide if it is a battle worth the pain of winning.

What do you think?

Overlooking the good for the petty

Yesterday I was reading several nice comments about me on social media. Then I read one comment that was less than the kind.

Funny about human nature (or is it just me?) but I woke up early AM irritated that someone had taken the time to make a snide comment concerning me instead waking up happy for all the kind words.
